About Us

KMS (Contract Building Services) has been established for over 10 years. We are based in Plymouth, Devon but carry out work throughout Devon and Cornwall as well as the rest of Southern England.

We predominately carry out commercial building contracts, specialising in work within “controlled environments” such as Hospitals, Doctors Surgeries, Nursing & Residential Homes & Hotels. For this type of project it is essential that we work in a safe, efficient way to allow the building to function with the minimum of disruption caused to the client.

In addition to projects within “controlled environments”, our team will undertake renovation work, new builds and general construction. Our commitment to our clients is simple, we undertake to deliver your project to the specification you require, on time and on budget.
