Client: Highlands Health Centre

This job entailed building a major new extension for an extremely well utilised health centre located in Ivybridge, Devon. It was important that the centre was able to remain operational whilst we were on site. As well as extending the building we also underwent the task of reconfiguring and refurbishing of the existing services and facilities at Highlands.

As part of the project we refurbished the main reception, administration offices, treatment rooms and consulting rooms as well as the WC facilities for public and staff. Significant installations for this project included a mixed heating and comfort cooling system and IT, data and patient call facilities.

Not all the work was internal, we also constructed a brand new car park and storm water attenuation system.
